A well respected Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with over 13 years of experience. He trained at Oxford School of Psychiatry, Great Ormond Street Hospital and the UCL Institute of Child Health as a Specialist Registrar and Honorary Researcher in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He subsequently led neurodevelopmental pathways in private and NHS clinics.
Dr Grant’s specialises in Neurodiversity and Neurodevelopmental Disorders in young people. His extensive experience in this field allows him to effectively assess and treat young people.
He has worked with many elite athletes and coaches as a sports psychiatrist, and understands the effects of exercise on neurodevelopmental and mental health disorders, enabling him to offer additional, holistic treatment approaches.

A psychotherapist in advanced clinical training as well as a psychiatrist with a wealth of experience in a variety of mental health settings.
She began her journey completing a medical degree and has since enjoyed a career in psychiatry. Her commitment to a biopsychosocial model of care is what led her to complete a four year training in transactional analysis psychotherapy.
Zahra is also committed to developing an understanding of how systemic inequity, including power, privilege and oppression, impact on a person’s sense of health and wellbeing and aims to bring this intersectional lens into work as a humanistic psychotherapist.
