Scan from head to toe, noticing sensations and tension. No fixing, just noticing.Ground Your Senses (30 seconds - 1 minute)
Name 3 things you can see, 2 things you can hear, and 1 thing you can feel.Be Kind to Your Thoughts (1 minute)
Thoughts will pop up - just notice them and gently focus on your breath again.End with Gratitude (1 minute)
